1. Processing Time: Processing time may vary depending on the piece and whether it is already created or needs to be created. Pre-made pieces can be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Pieces that need to be created can be shipped within 5 to 7 business days.
2. Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping options with USPS to suit your needs. You can choose between Economy Shipping or Standard Shipping. Details and shipping costs will be provided at checkout.
3. Delivery Time: Delivery time will depend on the shipping option you choose and your location. An estimated delivery time is provided during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions and holidays. We recommend placing your order in advance if you have a specific date in mind.
4. Order Tracking: You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped. With this number, you can track the status and location of your package through the online tracking system.
5. Shipping Address: Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
