How long does it take to ship an order?
If the item is a finished piece, shipping will take place within 24 to 48 hours of your order.
If the piece is a pre-order, it will be made in 5 to 7 business days and then shipped. The total production time can take approximately 7 to 9 business days. This may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.
Do you accept returns on parts?
As these are handmade pieces, mostly in limited quantities, returns are not accepted.
Can I customize any item I saw in the store?
Of course. Every piece can be personalized. You can choose from a variety of thread colors. Each personalized piece takes 5 to 7 business days to complete. To personalize a piece you're interested in, please contact us by email.
